Once you’ve booked your one-one coaching
Through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions and the use of confidence boosting exercises, NLP we will work together to break through that negative habit to help you to become a more confident empowered you.
COACHING PROGRAMME HAS TWO OPTIONS…
Option 1– In person at your home, office or suitable place ( please remember this is all depending on your local location)
Option 2– Either over the telephone/Skype call where you can relax in the comfort of your home environment.
All the sessions consist of one hour slots, which are tailor made to you and your requirements. I do strongly recommend once your coaching programme is completed a monthly or six monthly session would help to keep you on track.You will also receive my confidence e-book which will help aid you on your confidence journey.
